Producing is finding a median between art and business and bringing many elements together to accomplish complex goals. Trivium was designed to connect clients, colleagues and associates to creative resources in order to create video and still photography. I specialize in live-action production and have experience with motion graphics and VFX driven projects, as well as documentary and episodic TV. 

I love the work I do, and it is a never ending education. I work with a diverse team of experienced Executive Producers, Directors, agencies, line producers, production managers, crew and creatives from all over the world and scale projects accordingly to size, budget and creative needs.

Jacob’s BIO

Video and photo Producer with 18 years of experience and a background in Production Management and Line Producing. I have been on the agency side as an in-house Senior Producer for four years, with two of those years as Head of Production, producing and supporting between 50 and 100+ $10,000 to $1,000,000+ budget projects per year for multinational Fortune 500 companies. Prior to producing in-house and internal work client-side, I obtained eight years of freelance film crew experience. I started as a Production Assistant and worked my way up to Production Coordinating and Assistant Directing on a wide range of union and non-union broadcast commercials, documentaries, independent films, and episodic and reality television shows in Seattle, Portland and Los Angeles. Seven years of primarily PAing on such a wide variety of productions provided me with an invaluable education in film production. I was able to watch different companies and producers creating projects from car commercials, high end corporate video, to docu-reality TV. During those experiences I observed how and why they made the decisions they did in the circumstances they were in. These experiences taught me what type of people and resources are the best fit for a project and who the right people are to ask for help and advice. If I don’t know the answer myself, I know the right people to ask and the right specialists to create all kinds of high quality content. I have a network of colleagues and associates in the Pacific Northwest, Los Angeles, New York and as well as globally in SE Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America.
